This learnership provides hands-on training in hospitality reception within a healthcare setting. Participants will gain practical experience in customer service, administrative tasks, and front-desk operations at Busamed Hospital. The program combines theoretical learning with real-world application to prepare candidates for future employment in the hospitality and healthcare sectors.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient check-ins, inquiries, and administrative support
• Learn and adhere to hospital protocols for front-desk operations
• Participate in theoretical assessments and practical training sessions

Qualifications

• Age 18–35
• Unemployed with a valid Grade 12/Matric certificate (minimum 30% pass in Mathematics and Physical/Life Science)
• Certified ID copy and signed unemployment affidavit
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working with people
